Amazon DSP global account is one advertiser account that now spans 34 countries. The move to manage ad products globally is an automatic upgrade: existing Amazon DSP accounts are consolidated with no re-registration.
What the Amazon DSP global account changes
One login now covers programmatic DSP campaigns, Sponsored Ads and Amazon Marketing Cloud across markets. First-party data connects once through Ads Data Manager and propagates everywhere. Legacy account identifiers keep working; new accounts get a Global Account ID with regional IDs behind it. Amazon frames this as removing complexity, and for setup it does.
The reporting risk nobody enrolled in
Consolidation has a cost in how you read performance. When one account rolls up many marketplaces, the default view blends them. A strong US line and a bleeding DE line average into one number that looks fine. The account that is easiest to manage is also the easiest to misread. Amazon Ads keeps its own product announcements in the newsroom, and the single global account rollout is documented there and in trade coverage.
The decision this month
Check your reporting granularity before Q4 spend ramps. Confirm you can still slice by marketplace, campaign and ASIN, not just by the global roll-up. If your dashboards pulled from per-country accounts, the identifiers changed underneath them, and a report that silently blends markets during peak is a report that hides your worst market when it matters most.
SellerKey reads the Ads API and keeps each marketplace separate, so a global login does not become a global blur. It reports; it does not run your campaigns.
