SellerKey reads an Amazon seller's account through SP-API and the Ads API, stores it in Postgres and shows net profit by product, country and day. Screens never call Amazon live: they read precomputed rollups. You will work on both sides, the nightly ingestion and the screens that read from it, with the founder and one other engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Build features end to end: migration, ingestion job, read model, API route and screen.
  • Keep every read route under 500 ms at p95 with hundreds of SKUs per seller.
  • Design ingestion jobs that can run twice without duplicating or corrupting data.
  • Add logging and checks so a failed sync is visible, never silent.
  • Review pull requests and write short design notes before large changes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years shipping production web software, 3+ with TypeScript.
  • Next.js App Router, React Query and Zod in production.
  • Solid Postgres: indexes, query plans, row-level security, migrations that do not break a live app.
  • Experience with rate-limited third-party APIs and async job queues.
  • Written English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Amazon SP-API or Ads API, or having sold on Amazon.
  • Supabase and Vercel.
  • Financial or accounting data.

What we offer

  • Remote within EU time zones, flexible hours, async by default.
  • 25 days of paid leave plus local public holidays.
  • Hardware budget and a yearly allowance for courses and conferences.
  • Small team: your work reaches sellers the same week.

Process

We reply within five business days. Then a 30-minute call, a short practical exercise related to the role, and a final call with the founder. Two to three weeks from first email to offer.

Every number SellerKey shows comes from Amazon reports: Sales and Traffic, financial events, inventory, fees and Ads. Amazon delivers them asynchronously, with per-marketplace differences, late corrections and tight rate limits. Your job is that the warehouse matches Seller Central to the cent for every connected seller.

Responsibilities

  • Own the report pipeline: request, poll, download, parse and load, with dedupe by fingerprint.
  • Schedule work across hundreds of sellers and marketplaces within Amazon's token-bucket limits.
  • Build data checks that compare our tables against a second source and alert on drift.
  • Precompute rollups so screens never scan fact tables.
  • Document each report's quirks with links to the official documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in data engineering or backend work on data-heavy systems.
  • Advanced SQL and Postgres, including partitioning and query tuning.
  • TypeScript or Python for pipelines.
  • Experience with asynchronous, rate-limited APIs and retry design.
  • You check numbers against a second source before calling something done.

Nice to have

  • SP-API reports, Data Kiosk or the Amazon Ads API.
  • Multi-currency and time-zone handling in financial data.
  • pg_cron, Supabase or Vercel Cron.

What we offer

  • Remote within EU time zones, flexible hours, async by default.
  • 25 days of paid leave plus local public holidays.
  • Hardware budget and a yearly allowance for courses and conferences.
  • A real multi-marketplace account to test against from day one.

Process

We reply within five business days. Then a 30-minute call, a short practical exercise related to the role, and a final call with the founder. Two to three weeks from first email to offer.

SellerKey's screens are tables and widgets with many numbers: profit by product, fees by marketplace, stock coverage. The job is making that dense data readable at a glance without hiding anything, and keeping one design system across the app, the landing site and the emails.

Responsibilities

  • Design new modules and widgets in Figma from a written spec and real data.
  • Maintain the widget kit: tokens, components, states, light and dark themes.
  • Define table behaviour: sorting, density, sub-rows, empty and loading states.
  • Review implemented screens against the design and log the differences.
  • Run short sessions with sellers to test flows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing B2B or data-heavy products.
  • Portfolio with tables, dashboards or financial tools.
  • Fluent in Figma with variables and component libraries.
  • Able to read HTML and CSS and discuss implementation with engineers.
  • English. Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Having used Seller Central, Helium 10 or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards.
  • Motion or illustration for the landing site.

What we offer

  • Part-time, about 20 hours per week, remote.
  • Flexible schedule, async by default.
  • Figma and hardware budget.
  • Option to move to full-time in 2027.

Process

We reply within five business days. Then a 30-minute call, a short practical exercise related to the role, and a final call with the founder. Two to three weeks from first email to offer.

Sellers write to us about a number that does not match Seller Central, a marketplace that stopped syncing or a fee they do not understand. You answer within one business day, reproduce the issue with the seller's data, and hand confirmed bugs to engineering with the steps to reproduce.

Responsibilities

  • Answer support email in English and Spanish within one business day.
  • Reproduce reported issues and triage them: usage, data or bug.
  • Write and maintain help articles from real questions.
  • Track recurring questions and report them weekly to product.
  • Help new sellers through onboarding and Amazon authorization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer support for a software product.
  • Experience selling on Amazon or supporting Amazon sellers.
  • Fluent written Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable reading a report export and a table in a database viewer.
  • Patient and precise in writing.

Nice to have

  • Seller Central reports and FBA fees.
  • A third language: German, French or Italian.
  • Basic SQL.

What we offer

  • Remote within EU time zones, full-time.
  • 25 days of paid leave plus local public holidays.
  • Hardware budget.
  • Training on the product and on SP-API data.
