We're a small team and we read every message. Email is the fastest way to reach us, and we reply within one business day.
Which address you pick matters less than what you put in the message — but picking the right one does skip a forwarding step.
Where to write
- Account, billing or connection problems — support@sellerkey.co
- Something is broken — bugs@sellerkey.co
- Anything else — hello@sellerkey.co
- Security disclosures — security@sellerkey.co
What to include
Most first replies are slow because they have to ask for the same four things. If you send them up front, we can usually answer properly the first time:
- The page you were on. The full URL, not "the catalogue screen".
- The marketplace. Almost every number is per-marketplace, and the same ASIN behaves differently in each one.
- What you expected versus what you saw. Especially the number you expected and where you saw the other one.
- When. Roughly the date and time, and your time zone. Days close at different moments in different marketplaces, which is a common source of figures that look wrong and are not.
If a number does not match Seller Central
Send us the ASIN or SKU, the marketplace, the date range, and both figures — ours and Amazon's. That is enough for us to trace it end to end.
It is worth knowing that some gaps are expected rather than errors: financial events take around 48 hours to appear, a sale can still be refunded inside the return window, and advertising data has a much shorter history than sales data because Amazon itself only retains it for a limited period. A page that says where each number comes from is on its way into these docs.
Reporting a security issue
Write to security@sellerkey.co and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Our security practices are documented at sellerkey.co/security.
